You search Hypercam 2 in any search engine and download it for free.

Search Free photo editing in any search engine and download it but I would recommend paint.NET that's the program I use.

How do I take photos of club penguin?

Press the PrtSc button on your keyboard and then go to your photo editor and click paste your picture should be there.
